Perfect place to eat typical Italian cousine. We had a wonderful evening there. The restaurant is directly on a Piazza with a great view to the castello.

Innovative, modern take, very tasteful- especially the whole grain dough. Unusual combinations of pizza toppings. Absolutely great mixed salad with fresh mozzarella.
Super pizzeria in a lovely town !!
I went to this place for dinner with friends.
If I had to list the best pizzerias, in my opinion, Gustò certainly deserves the podium. The pizza they make is very soft and with a thick crust, in Neapolitan style, and you can feel that the ingredients are of high quality.
Various special pizzas are offered on the menu. One of these is the "Stay Fico", which I had, with fior di latte, ciauscolo, figs, rosemary, and pecorino cream. A decidedly winning combination of ingredients.
For dessert I also had a tiramisu with pistachio and Nutella. Really delicious.
There is also a selection of craft beers. The "Ape Regina" beer is excellent, with the addition of wildflower honey.
The staff is young, kind and helpful. The environment is very quiet, as the place is located in the middle of Ripe, a placid and little-frequented village. Prices perhaps a little higher than average, but justified by the quality of the food.
I will definitely be back!

Ordered takeaway, they were very kind and helpful in making a change when ordering and precise with delivery times. The pizza was truly exceptional, very tasty, soft and digestible dough, quality ingredients, what can I say... It corresponds to my idea of pizza! It has simply become my favorite pizzeria in the area. I can't wait to try other pizzas, and also try the pizzeria experience. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, the pizzas served have an "exaggerated" edge, and the part that remains seasoned is minimal. Dough stays mushy and falls apart. Poorly organized service, meager environment remaining a place on its own "pizza e Fuggi"! I believe that you go to eat a pizza that serves to support the topping and not the "exaggerated edges" also considering that the prices are certainly not to be considered low. The digestibility of the dough which is thus "decanted" for me and the other diners was not pleasant. So I guess it won't be repeated one more time.
